Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info.modernperpetual@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return for an arrangement with our courier.

Modern Perpetual will pay the shipping cost for the return within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), courier charges will be applied to areas outside of Toronto. Customers outside of Canada will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Please note bespoke rugs are final sale. We accept returns for all regularly stocked items within 14 days from the received date. Product(s) must be in unused condition, with original shipping packaging and labels attached.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued to the original payment card for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded following applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects.

Clearance items, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
