ACCESSORIES

Before placing an order, it is best recommended to review the “Terms & Conditions” section. By placing an order, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of ordering from Modern Perpetual.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Modern Perpetual to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Modern Perpetual for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed.

In-Transit delivery time is 5-7 business days within Canada and may be subject to change, this includes North American and Indian holidays. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before midday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received and accepted after midday will be deemed as received the following day and will be dispatched on that day.

BESPOKE RUGS

Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your chosen size. You are required to pay for the full balance upon order placement. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) before 10 days, your 50% deposit will not be refunded, the remaining will be credited back to the original payment method.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your confirmation number regarding your order. Due to the technical process of creating a hand made rug and size, please allow 1-3 months for your rug to be created. You will be sent an email stating the completion of your rug, followed by 7-14 business days for the parcel to arrive at your address.

SHIP-TO ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to ensure that all ship-to address information is correct. This is particularly important if you have multiple residences.
